由国务院新闻办公室、西藏自治区人民政府共同主办的“2023·中国西藏发展论坛”5月23日在北京举行。来自多个国家和地区的政府官员、专家学者、媒体记者围绕“新时代、新西藏、新征程——西藏高质量发展与人权保障的新篇章”这一主题进行研讨。

A forum on the development of Tibet opened Tuesday in Beijing to pool wisdom for further development of the autonomous region in southwest China.The forum, jointly hosted by the State Council Information Office and the regional government of Tibet, brings together officials, experts, and media organizations from home and abroad.The forum focuses on Tibet's new chapter in high-quality development and human rights protection.

“2023·中国西藏发展论坛”由国务院新闻办公室和西藏自治区人民政府共同主办。来自澳大利亚、德国等36个国家和地区的150多位中外嘉宾共同分享以发展促人权的经验，并为西藏高质量发展建言献策。

在各分论坛上，中外专家学者围绕“全过程人民民主在西藏的实践”“西藏的高质量发展与共同富裕”“西藏文化的传承保护与发展”“青藏高原生态文明建设中的青年力量”“数字时代西藏故事的国际化传播”五个议题展开了深入讨论，讲感受、谈认识，气氛热烈。中国西藏发展论坛已经成为西藏连接世界、世界了解西藏的重要渠道，成为集聚各方智慧、共话西藏未来的重要平台。
